Our Customer Service Representatives are knowledgeable and effective communicators, serving both our clients and patients. They are the public face and voice of our hospital, they provide excellent and compassionate services to every client. They greet clients, answer phones, provide general information, schedule appointments, enter data into the system, process payments, and manage medical records. From the first moment a client checks in with their pet, our Customer Service Representatives provide the warmest and most welcoming experience possible. They have compassion for the animals and understand the stress it can put on an owner. At the end of each appointment, a CSR reviews with our clients all charges, doctor's notes, and directions for medications dispensed. They ensure that the owner understands the care they need to provide to their pet. We take pride in making sure our CSR staff's skills are the most up to date information in our field. We have regular team meetings to discuss policies and protocols; new equipment, services, products, and client service.
