Our Client Services Representatives are knowledgeable and effective communicators, serving both our clients and patients. They are the public face and voice of our hospital, they provide excellent and compassionate services to every client. They greet clients, answer phones, provide general information, schedule appointments, enter data into the system, process payments, and manage medical records. From the first moment a client checks in with their pet, our CSRs provide the warmest and most welcoming experience possible. They have compassion for the animals and understand the stress it can put on an owner. At the end of each appointment, a CSR reviews with our clients all charges, doctor's notes, and directions for medications dispensed. They ensure that the owner understands the care they need to provide to their pet. We take pride in making sure our CSR staff's skills are the most up to date information in our field. We have regular team meetings to discuss policies and protocols; new equipment, services, products, and client service.

Amy C.For as far back as Amy can remember, she always had a deep love for animals of all kinds and knew from a very early age that she wanted to work in the veterinary field caring for animals, and the people who love them, when she grew up. Prior to working in veterinary medicine, Amy volunteered at a wildlife rehabilitation center in Florida where she was born and raised.
She joined the Cherry Ridge team as a veterinary technician in 2019 bringing with her 2 decades of experience as a veterinary technician in both day practice and emergency medicine. In 2022, Amy transitioned to a dual role in the clinic as client services representative and technician, working primarily in client services.
Outside of the clinic, Amy lives in the country with her husband and their four rescue dogs, Fiona (American Bully), Boone (Pitbull-Rottweiler Mix), Alvin (Boxer), and Swagger (Boxer). She is a strong advocate for pet rescue and bully breeds, and has spent many years volunteering and fostering for various dog rescue organizations.
When she is not working, Amy routinely visits local colleges and nursing homes in NEPA with her dogs, Fiona and Alvin, registered therapy dogs and breed ambassadors. Together, they spread love and help educate people on the true, loving nature of bully breeds. Amy’s other hobbies include photography, weightlifting, and hiking and canoeing with her dogs.
